AB The professional reputation of the music historian of Moravia, Jiri Sehnal, a native of Moravia, was acquired by his large-scale research done in the field as well as in music centres. The findings are documented with expertise in innumerable studies published in regional and professional journals. He was interested in the history of music in Moravia, notably from the Baroque era, but gradually he adopted other topics, such as the work of Adam Michna of Otradovice, or Organists and organ builders.
