AB One of the closest friends of Professor Polednak during his studies in Brno was Milos Rejnus, extremely talented not only as historian but also as dramatist. Unfortunately, his career took an abrupt end during an automobile accident when he was just going to visit a theatre performance in a town near Brno. His principal work, Ur-Hamlet (if Goethe wrote Ur-Faust, so Rejnus wrote his Kennedyan judge Warren as a ur-history of Hamlet), although almost finished was re-re-written by another playwright-poet, Vaclav Renc, in form not only of a drama, but also of an opera (The Poison of Elsinor).
